How to Borrow

1. Search the library catalogue to find items you want to borrow.
2. Add the items you wish to borrow to your list.
3. View the list and choose Request these items. Complete all of the required fields in the form and submit your request.
4. VCH library staff will contact you to arrange for the items to be sent to your worksite.

About this Catalogue

Use this online catalogue to search for print books, electronic books, videos and journals held at our four library sites (Richmond Hospital, Lions Gate Hospital, Vancouver Community and Indigenous Health). Note the catalogue contains some outdated, problematic terminology – we are committed to and in the process of updating to more current, less offensive subject terms.

Library resources are for the use of Vancouver Coastal Health employees and affiliates only. If you are not an employee or affiliate of Vancouver Coastal Health, you can make a request to borrow items through your local library. Inter-library loan charges may apply.
